Eligibility: Open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and who are 18 years of age or over at the time of entry. Employees or agents of Chatsworth Hills Academy (the "Sponsor") and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates and the members of their immediate families or those persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter or win. Entrants must have a valid e-mail address to win. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
Start/End Dates: Summer Camp Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins Saturday, December 12, 2009, at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST"), and ends on Sunday, February 21, 2010, at 1:00:00 p.m. PST.
How to Enter: You may enter the Sweepstakes in one of two ways: (1) Access the Sweepstakes entry form online at http://www.chaschool.org/openhouse.asp and follow the instructions to complete the online entry form in its entirety; or (2) By Postcard: Bring the Sweepstakes Postcard to the Chatsworth Hills Academy Open House on February 21, 2010 before 1:00 p.m. PST and register in person by submitting your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. The Open House will be located at Chatsworth Hills Academy at 21523 Rinaldi Street, Chatsworth, California, 91311.

Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. on February 12, 2010. Postcard entries must be received at the Open House on February 21, 2010, by 1:00:00 p.m. PST.

LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD OR EMAIL ADDRESS (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS).

EMAIL CHANGE OF ADDRESS POLICY: It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his/her email address. (To do so, write to: The Summer Camp Sweepstakes, c/o Chatsworth Hills Academy, 21523 Rinaldi Street, Chatsworth, California, 91311).
Prize: One free week of Summer Camp at Chatsworth Hills Academy during the Summer of 2010. This includes Traditional Camp ONLY, and not any Specialty Camps offered by Chatsworth Hills Academy. Approximate value: $325.00.
Drawing: The prize will be awarded in a random drawing conducted on or about February 21, 2010 at the Chatsworth Hills Academy Open House. This date is subject to change. Entrants need not be present to win. The winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail, and may be required to sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release within five (5) business days or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winners will be required to complete all necessary paperwork required of all persons participating in Summer Camp at Chatsworth Hills Academy. Prize must be used by a member of the winner's household between the ages of three (3) and fourteen (14). An alternate winner will be selected if the person initially selected as a winner cannot be reached by Sponsor within a reasonable time after the drawing (as determined by Sponsor), or if such person's name and address cannot be identified for any reason. Any unused or unclaimed prize becomes the property of the Sponsor. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.
General Conditions: The Sponsor is not responsible for electronic, human or computer error or failure, or for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible postcard entries, or for printing errors in Sweepstakes/advertising materials. Authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, and without notice, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, and to award the prizes in random drawings from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
